¿Cómo hacerme voluntario?

Formación para voluntarios

Escuela de voluntariado CM

  • Las cuotas se pagan mensualmente por domiciliación bancaria.
  • Personas no empadronadas: +5€ por actividad al mes.
  • Mayores de 65 años: 4€ para mantenimiento físico y 50% de descuento en otras actividades.
  • Personas con discapacidad (33% o más): 50% de descuento en actividades deportivas y culturales

Derechos y Deberes

  • Se abonarán 10 € junto con la primera mensualidad (actividades deportivas o culturales) a las que te inscribas.
  • Abono Deporte (10 sesiones):
    – Empadronados: 25€
    – No empadronados: 35€
  • Acceso a actividades deportivas de adultos.
  • Prioridad para quienes estén matriculados previamente en la actividad.

I want to volunteer, where do I start?

Thank you for your interest in helping! The first step is to visit our Volunteer Information Point. We act as a "bridge": we'll interview you to learn about your concerns, availability, and skills, and then register you in our program. Volunteer OpportunitiesFrom there, we connect you with the Commonwealth associations and projects that best suit you.

Do I need specific training or prior experience?

No prior experience is necessary; the most important thing is your commitment and willingness to contribute. For most activities, the basic training We or the organization you volunteer with will provide it. Volunteering is a continuous learning process; here you'll discover skills you didn't know you had.

What kind of activities can I do in the area?

The range of services is very varied and depends on the current needs of the Commonwealth. The most common areas are:

  • Social: Companionship for the elderly against loneliness, school support for minors, or collaboration in food banks.

  • Cultural and Sports: Support in the organization of local events, charity races or patron saint festivals.

  • Environmental: Cleaning, reforestation or environmental protection activities in Las Cañadas.

Do I have rights and insurance as a volunteer?

Yes, absolutely. Volunteering is a legally regulated activity. All volunteers have the right to be covered by social security. Liability and Accident Insurance during the course of your activity. Furthermore, you have the right to receive a credential, to be trained, and to have expenses arising from your volunteer work reimbursed (if agreed upon with the organization). We ensure that these rights are respected.
