Who can access the services of the Commonwealth?

Our services are aimed at all resident and registered citizens in any of the municipalities that make up the Las Cañadas Association of Municipalities.

Do the services have any cost for the citizen?

No. Access to information, assessment, and guidance from our Social work is a public and completely free service..

Most programs (such as psychosocial support or job placement services) are funded by the government. However, some specific services (such as certain types of home care) may involve a co-payment regulated by the user's income, but you will always be informed of this transparently before starting any process.

What should I do in the event of an immediate social emergency?

If you find yourself in a situation of social emergency (violencia de género, desprotección de menores o personas mayores, o pérdida repentina de alojamiento), no es necesario esperar a una cita ordinaria.

  • During working hours: Come directly to our offices or call +34 918 48 00 70 indicating that it is an emergency.

  • Outside of business hours: Please contact the 112 or with the Local Police, who will activate the emergency protocol with the on-call social services.
